Forget Me Gold Soap is the most literal name in the collection. The gold comes from turmeric, and the forget-me-not comes from real dried forget-me-not flowers pressed into the top of every bar.

What Forget Me Gold Soap Looks Like

Two things define this bar visually, and both are real ingredients rather than decoration added afterward.

The first is the color. Turmeric is one of the strongest natural yellows there is, and it gives the body of the bar its warm golden tone without a synthetic dye doing the work. Because it is botanical, the exact shade shifts a little from batch to batch.

The second is the flowers. Dried forget-me-not blooms are set into the surface by hand while the soap is still setting, so their small blue petals sit against the gold in a different arrangement on every single bar. That contrast, warm gold against tiny cool-blue flowers, is what makes the bar recognizable at a glance and why it photographs so well on a plain wooden dish.

A mica finish adds a light shimmer across the top.

How Forget Me Gold Soap Smells

Lemon leads with a clean, sharp, unmistakable citrus brightness. Turmeric sits underneath it as something most people have never smelled in a soap: warm, earthy, faintly peppery and a little bitter, closer to a spice rack than to a garden.

That combination is what makes the bar interesting rather than generic. A lemon soap on its own is pleasant and forgettable; lemon over turmeric has a depth and a slight strangeness to it that stays with you. Every bar of Forget Me Gold Soap is poured, cut and cured by hand in small batches. Setting dried flowers into a bar by hand is slow work that cannot be automated, which is exactly why no two come out the same.

Forget Me Gold Soap Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, Saponified Oils of Coconut, Hemp Seed, Rice Bran, Sunflower, Castor and Shea Butter, Lemon Essential Oil, Turmeric Essential Oil, Mica. Finished with dried forget-me-not flowers.

How to Use Forget Me Gold Soap

Wet the bar and your skin with warm water. Work Forget Me Gold Soap between your hands or onto a washcloth to build a lather, cleanse, and rinse thoroughly.

Store it on a well-draining dish away from standing water between uses.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Are the flowers real? Yes. Dried forget-me-not blooms, set into the top of each bar by hand while the soap is setting.

Do the petals wash away? They soften and release over the first several uses, which is normal for a botanical-topped bar. The gold body of the soap is what you work down through afterward.

Does it smell like turmeric? Turmeric is present as a warm, earthy base rather than the main event. Lemon leads.
