Every dollar you spend earns you points automatically once you’re signed in to your account at checkout. Points add up in the background — no codes to remember, no fine print to chase. Your running point balance is always visible from your account dashboard.

Membership Tiers

Redeeming Your Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout in increments of 100 points = $5 off. Redeemed points never expire as store credit once applied to an order.

Point Expiration

Unredeemed points stay active as long as your account has at least one purchase every 12 months. Accounts that go fully inactive for 12 months may have their unredeemed point balance reset — a quick way to keep it from happening is simply placing an order or engaging with an email offer once a year.

Can I combine points with a discount code? Yes — points can be applied alongside most promo codes at checkout unless a specific promotion says otherwise.

Do I need to create an account to earn points? Yes, points are tracked through your RL Organics account, so make sure you’re signed in before checking out to capture every point.

Can I transfer points to another account? Points are non-transferable and tied to the account that earned them.
