Moonlit Meadow Soap: A Field After Dark

Moonlit Meadow Soap by RL Organics is built around one image: an open field at night, still warm from the day, with the moon just high enough to light it. Deep blue and soft pink run through the body of the bar, and a turmeric-toned moon sits set into the center of each slice.

It is one of the more decorative bars in the collection, and one of the calmest to actually use.

Grapefruit, Lavender and a Turmeric Moon

The essential oil blend is the part that surprises people. Grapefruit gives it a bright opening, lavender settles it, and turmeric sits underneath both as a warm, earthy base. The result lands somewhere between an evening bar and a morning one, which is exactly why it works as an everyday soap rather than an occasional treat.

The moon in the center is a separate turmeric-scented embed, poured and cut by hand before the main bar is made around it. That is why the moon shifts position slightly from slice to slice, and why some bars catch it dead center while others sit it slightly off to one side.

Handcrafted in Small Batches

Every bar of Moonlit Meadow Soap is poured, cut and cured by hand in small batches. This batch was poured in May 2026 and cured through July 2026, because cold-process soap needs weeks of patience before it is ready to sell.

Moonlit Meadow Soap Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, Saponified Oils of Coconut, Hemp Seed, Rice Bran, Sunflower, Castor and Shea Butter, Grapefruit Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Turmeric Essential Oil, Chlorophyll Oil, Collagen Powder, Mica.

Because our soaps are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, shape and appearance are natural. Those differences are part of what makes handcrafted products special.

How to Use Moonlit Meadow Soap

Wet the bar and your skin with warm water. Work Moonlit Meadow Soap between your hands or onto a washcloth to build a lather, cleanse, and rinse thoroughly.

Store it somewhere it can drain and dry fully between uses. Keeping handcrafted soap out of standing water is the single biggest thing you can do to make a bar last.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Moonlit Meadow Soap Questions, Answered

Will my bar have the moon in the middle? Every bar has one. Its exact placement shifts from slice to slice because the embed is set by hand before the bar is poured around it.

Does the lavender overpower it? No. Grapefruit leads, lavender rounds it out, and turmeric keeps it from reading as a straight floral bar.

How long does one bar last? Several weeks of daily use is typical, depending on how well it drains between showers. A soap caddy is the easiest way to stretch it further.
