Arctic Renewal Soap is the original bar in the Arctic Renewal pair, and it earns the name honestly. Cool blues and greens run through the body of the bar, brightened with titanium dioxide and finished with a soft mica shimmer that catches the light while the bar is still dry.

Cleanse. Renew. Repeat.

What Arctic Renewal Soap Looks Like

This is the cooler-toned of the two Arctic Renewal bars. Where Arctic Renewal 2 brings pink in against blue and deep indigo, the original stays in the blue-and-green family throughout, without a warm tone interrupting it.

Titanium dioxide gives the lighter passages their opacity, so the pale sections read as genuinely white rather than washed-out. The mica sits mostly on the surface and is most visible on a freshly unwrapped bar, fading gradually as you work through the soap.

Because the color is worked in by hand during the pour, the balance of blue to green shifts from bar to bar. Two slices cut from the same loaf will share a family resemblance without being identical.

How Arctic Renewal Soap Smells

Here is the honest answer: this bar is built around its base rather than an essential oil blend. There is no citrus, no lavender, no eucalyptus in the formula.

What that means in practice is a clean, understated, low-key character, closer to the smell of a well-made plain soap than a scented one. If you are sensitive to fragrance, or you simply do not want your soap competing with your lotion, your perfume, or your morning coffee, that is a feature rather than a gap.

Handcrafted in Small Batches

Every bar of Arctic Renewal Soap is poured, cut and cured by hand in small batches. Cold-process soap is not something you can rush: the cure is what makes a bar hard, mild and long-lasting, and it takes weeks rather than days.

Arctic Renewal Soap Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, Saponified Oils of Coconut, Hemp Seed, Rice Bran, Sunflower, Sweet Almond and Shea Butter, Sodium Lactate, Collagen Powder, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Mica.

How to Use Arctic Renewal Soap

Wet the bar and your skin with warm water. Work Arctic Renewal Soap between your hands or onto a washcloth to build a lather, cleanse, and rinse thoroughly.

Store it somewhere it can drain and dry fully between uses. A handcrafted bar left sitting in standing water softens and disappears far faster than it needs to.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Arctic Renewal Soap Questions, Answered

Is it scented? Not with an essential oil blend. It is built around its base and reads clean and understated rather than fragrance-forward.

How is it different from Arctic Renewal 2? Different palette and a different finish. The original runs cool blues and greens on a plain water base. The second version brings pink in against blue and deep indigo, on a chlorophyll infusion, with rosehip oil chips folded through.

Will my bar look like the photo? The blue-and-green palette will match. How the colors land is different in every pour, so yours will be its own arrangement.
